Vietnamese Rice Plates, or Cơm, are the everyday comfort meal of Vietnam — a beautifully balanced plate of steamed jasmine rice paired with grilled meats, eggs, and traditional sides. At Saigon Chef Restaurant, we prepare each plate fresh to order using authentic Saigon-style techniques.
Choose from grilled lemongrass pork, grilled chicken, pork chop, or combo plates with shredded pork skin and steamed egg meatloaf. Every plate comes with pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, scallion oil, and a side of nuoc cham for dipping.
