About Our Pho

Pho is the soul of Vietnamese cuisine — a slow-cooked bowl of noodle soup that tastes like home. At Saigon Chef Restaurant on 17 Avenue SE, we simmer our beef bones for hours with star anise, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and charred onion to build a broth that is rich, clear, and aromatic.

Each bowl is served with silky rice noodles and your choice of rare beef, brisket, tendon, flank, or meatballs, plus a fresh garnish of Thai basil, lime, and bean sprouts on the side. It is our take on a Vietnamese classic, loved across southeast Calgary.
